Sasaki to Miyano - Volume 4

Have they kissed or not? It’s not clear to me. The volume ends with a great cliffhanger. For a moment, that 2 full-page drawing is very intentional. It does not show their heads, just their bodies getting closer. In the next panel, Sasaki hugs Miyano and he somewhat returns it.
Sweet but I’m dying to see what actually happened there. I fear we might have been mislead here and it was just a hug. Consider Sasaki also mentioned this a few pages back “I wanted to hug him”.
This volume is thicker than the previous ones, I appreciate that. The drawing seems more polished too. Maybe it’s my imagination but feels more refined, a little evolved. For the better.
Story-wise I don’t feel we’ve moved as fast as I thought, given the first volumes. The only real movement was there in the final chapter with some skinship going on. The rest was all Miyano thinking about his answer and Sasaki making him blush with his direct “I like you” phrases.
The bonus chapters with Hirano were good, I want to read that side-story but I must refrain from buying it until I finish this one.
