I liked the slice-of-life scenes at the dorm, with Rin crying his eyes out while reading manga.
He trying to convince his brother while wiggling his tail at the same time, very pet-like. Cute.
This chapter has been the weaker of the three, I was not super interested in the girl with the garden, the legs… Thankfully this only took us this one chapter. Not sure what to make of the new girl coming to the exorcist school, I guess she’ll be the classic support character in combat scenes. Like healing and providing herbs and whatnot. Like botanic knowledge.

I am very surprised by this first volume. I did watch some of the anime years ago but was not super hooked. I can see now why people like this manga. The beginning is at least very strong. Wondering how the story will move on from here.
We’ve been shown a lot, even the final boss, Satan. Who we’ve seen already a few pages in. Bold move. I like it.
